At LuxNail&Beauty, we want your experience at our beauty salon in Barcelona to be exceptional. Therefore, we have established the following rules to ensure a comfortable, safe, and professional environment for everyone.
Working with new clients
At LuxNail&Beauty, we work with prepayment for new clients during their first 3 visits. We request full payment (100%) to guarantee the reservation and respect the working time of our specialists. Without prepayment, we unfortunately cannot confirm the appointment.
Cancellation and appointment change policy
At LuxNail&Beauty, we have a cancellation policy to better organize our time and that of our clients.
Cancellations or changes of appointments are accepted more than 24 hours in advance and no amount is charged.
In case of cancellation or change less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show, 100% of the expected amount of the reservation will be charged.
If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, it will be necessary to pay the previous one to book a new one.
Arrival more than 15 minutes late is considered a cancellation of the appointment.
Please respect punctuality: let’s take care of the time of our professionals and other clients.
Last minute service change
When you choose a service, you are reserving the time of the professional and the salon.
Changing or canceling at the last minute prevents other clients from booking and causes loss of income. In these cases, the full cost of the reserved service is paid.
Let’s plan the visit in advance — this will maintain a comfortable schedule for everyone.
Pets in the salon
At LuxNail&Beauty, pets are not allowed in our salon.
This is to protect the comfort and safety of everyone: specialists and clients.
Some people may have allergies.
In addition, for reasons of hygiene and safety, our specialists work with sharp and sterilized instruments.
Our space is small and usually full of people. Pets may feel uncomfortable in a new environment, which can make both the owner and the professionals nervous.
